Whenever there is stuff like Budget 2007 kindly given out by the government, I always can’t help to feel disappointed. In one way or another, I felt left out. This time, part-time students in private school were left out. I’m in SIM Global, not UniSIM, therefore not applicable to the extra 40% subsidies. *drooling… that’s a lot….
